Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning systems and digital tracking platforms
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with team members for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
