- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision and safety
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Train junior operators on proper equipment handling protocols

- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Tennessee driver's license required
