Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 100,000 sq ft warehouse
- Handle inventory movement with precision using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse forklift experience
- Familiarity with WMS systems and RF technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
