Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor junior operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
