Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift operator license
- Demonstrated ability to operate multiple forklift types (e.g., sit-down, reach truck, pallet jack)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
