Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks using precision techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment best practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Expertise in narrow-aisle and reach truck operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic RF scanner proficiency
- Clean MVR and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
