Responsibilities
- Operate electric and propane forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for time-sensitive shipments
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Train junior operators on proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Support warehouse layout optimization projects
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- OSHA forklift certification (valid and current)
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
