Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environments
- Perform inventory management and cycle counting using RF scanning technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reporting
- Optimize material flow to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency in RF scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Preferred: Hazmat certification or hazardous materials handling experience
