- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and power equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory cycles with RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized work zones per 5S standards
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sit-down forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (current)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- RF scanner proficiency preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if needed
