Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately manage inventory using WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Support cross-functional projects in warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Oklahoma State-approved)
- 3+ years of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and material handling standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
