Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize material flow to meet tight production deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification and current forklift license
- Proven ability to operate multiple equipment types (reach truck, order picker)
- Strong inventory management and RF scanner proficiency
- Exceptional attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
