Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipping documentation and load/unload trucks
- Maintain clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial forklift experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
