Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations and loading/unloading
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Optimize storage efficiency via strategic pallet racking and slotting methodologies
- Train junior operators on advanced equipment handling and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of certified forklift operation experience (OSHA certification required)
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception abilities
- Experience with hazardous material handling protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
