Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and yard settings
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Train new operators on safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- 1+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
