Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Safely load/untractors using pallet jacks and electric pallets
- Conduct daily equipment pre-inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety standards
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for timely material flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
