Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with millimeter precision
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via our WMS system
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) with 2+ years of experience
- Proven ability to operate multiple forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck)
- Strong inventory management skills with WMS experience preferred
- Exceptional spatial awareness and depth perception abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
