Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse settings
- Handle inventory with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
