Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment handling best practices
- Support shipping/receiving processes for high-volume operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift operator license preferred
