Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for seamless material flow
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Train new operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
- Optimize stacking techniques to maximize storage capacity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with hazardous material handling a plus
