Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory using WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational standards
- Maintain detailed inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and accident prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
