Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers using efficient stacking techniques
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory with RF scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and 2+ years of recent experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
- Experience with order picking and pallet stacking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
