Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our 50,000 sq ft warehouse
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean warehouse practices to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work flexible shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
