Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in 200,000+ sq ft warehouse
- Safely load/unload trailers using dock equipment and pallet jacks
- Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate inventory movements using WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layouts for material flow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (renewal assistance provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
