Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment usage
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- 3+ years warehouse operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Background check required
- Flexibility for overnight shifts
