Responsibilities

- Coordinate with inventory management teams to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Train junior operators on safe operating procedures and emergency protocols
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using RF scanners
- Implement lean principles to reduce material handling waste by 15% quarterly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak season surge operations
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied temperature environments
- Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning abilities
- Experience with hazardous material handling (DOT training preferred)
