Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts with precision and efficiency
- Safely move high-value inventory across 50,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Train junior operators on OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on warehouse optimization
- Adhere to strict quality control standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with WMS inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid NJ driver's license
