Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts for efficient material movement
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance safety standards at all times
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for seamless operations
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
