Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in a high-traffic warehouse setting
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping with WMS software integration
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for seamless material flow
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and accessibility
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (3+ years experience)
- Proven track record in warehouse inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory reconciliation experience
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Experience with RF scanning technology and inventory software
