Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 500,000 sq ft facility
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting with RF scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation in WMS systems
- Train new operators on OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with receiving/shipping teams
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
