Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Train junior operators on safe handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current within 12 months)
- 3+ years' experience in warehouse logistics
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
