Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trailers with precision using electric pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial forklift experience
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work 8-10 hour shifts
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification (NCCCO or equivalent)
- Experience with hazardous material handling preferred
