Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers in high-volume warehouse environments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material handling
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Train new operators on warehouse safety and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 3+ years of experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
