Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment with precision and safety
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Train junior operators on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and current driver's license
- Proven ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
