Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in high-volume warehouse
- Load/unload shipping containers and trucks with precision using specialized equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid Florida driver's license
- Proficiency in operating multiple forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck)
- Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-hire drug screen and background check required
