Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO/FEFO methodologies
- Execute daily warehouse cycle counts with 99%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain equipment logs and perform pre/post-shift inspections
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Adhere to all DOT and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- OSHA Forklift Certification (current and verifiable)
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean MVR
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (e.g., hazmat)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
