Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Execute inventory management tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation using digital tracking systems
- Train junior operators on safe equipment handling procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience (valid OSHA certification required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital inventory tools
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience with hazardous material handling a plus
