Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks including cycle counts, putaways, and order fulfillment
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols for all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency and throughput
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs proactively
- Train junior operators on safe operation procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
