Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping and receiving orders.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High Reach) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
