Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse operations
- Load/untract shipments with precision using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems and real-time data tracking
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- OSHA Forklift Certification (valid or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
