Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Manage inventory with RF scanning systems and WMS software
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Train junior operators on safe operation procedures
- Optimize stacking patterns to maximize storage capacity
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current/renewable)
- 3+ years experience in warehouse logistics
- Proficiency with pallet jacks, order pickers, and reach trucks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RF scanning/WMS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screen required
