Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in busy warehouse settings
- Manage inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with team for efficient loading/unloading
- Train new operators on safety procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- 3+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid Colorado driver's license
