Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train new operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Support cross-functional projects in logistics and supply chain
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid driver's license
- Proficiency in RF scanning systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in team settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
