Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs to prevent operational disruptions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and current driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
