Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Ensure all inventory is accurately tracked and stored according to safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
