Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trailers using electric pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (3+ years of operation experience)
- Proven experience in warehouse logistics or manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
