Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless material flow
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Train new operators on OSHA compliance and company protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 3+ years of forklift operation experience in industrial settings
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
