Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Safely load/unload freight trucks and containers using advanced rigging techniques
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with inventory management teams for accurate stock rotation
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and safety protocols
- Train junior operators on warehouse best practices
- Optimize material handling workflows to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- OSHA forklift certification with 3+ years of verifiable experience
- Ability to operate multiple equipment types (reach trucks, order pickers)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
