Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-value inventory zones
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for time-sensitive shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Train junior operators on advanced material handling techniques
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency during peak seasons
- Document inventory discrepancies with precision reporting tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator license
- Proficiency with RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled zones
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with logistics teams
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Experience with high-value or temperature-sensitive inventory preferred
