Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 200,000 sq ft warehouse facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain OSHA compliance and participate in monthly safety training
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train junior operators on warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (must provide proof)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
