Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse operations
- Load/untract trailers using electric pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Manage inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train new operators on warehouse safety procedures
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Background check and drug screening required
